What Can Brown Do For You? This shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone, but, UPS is one of the best parcel services in the Unites States. Not only are their Air services guaranteed, but, they provide door delivery, and live tracking. This is especially beneficial for city folk that would otherwise live in an apartment where most parcels are dropped off in a mail locker by wide spread USPS. Now I have tried a couple different parcel services, from FedEx, to USPS, and even attempted OnTrac, but, those parcel delivery companies aside, UPS is by far the most accommodating. That's Right, It's Official! I am pleased to announce that as of April 22, 2019, Green Water Ranchu has been approved by the wonderful people at New Life Spectrum to be an Authorized Reseller of NLS Fish Foods! This is a really exciting moment for me especially because I absolutely LOVE New Life Spectrum Fish Foods. It is the only pelleted food that I trust to feed my fish. Sure, there are some other brands that have some great lines of food, but, not the best ingredients. I have gone on the record for saying that (ENTER BRAND HERE) has some great product lines of food, great on paper, but, unsatisfactory in ingredients and delivery -- mostly garbage-filler to churn out a ton of product to fill the market. Green Water Ranchu's e-commerse online store will be down until a current spawn is ready to be sold. The reason for this decision is that we are a small operation that spawns only once a year, so that we are able to provide the best care to the few Ranchu that we spawn, and sell -- that could be anywhere from 3-9 months until we are ready to sell our Ranchu, while in the mean time, being billed monthly to run our online store totaling $90.00-$270.00 in a 3-9 month timeframe. Since we sell our Ranchu at a reasonable price, (typically $40.00/ea) the first several Ranchu we sell, (depending on the duration the store was open with no product to sell.) would only be to cover the bills we incurred while keeping our online store open. For example, if we kept our e-store open for 9 months while we had nothing to sell to anyone, we would have paid at least $270.00 to keep the website running. Green Water Ranchu has decided to update our policy for Live Arrival Guarantee to covering overnight shipments only. The reason for this change is simple. "There is too much risk involved in shipping any live animals in other than overnight shipping speed. To ensure that my goldfish arrive alive -- only overnight shipments will be eligible for GWR's Live Arrival Guarantee. If a goldfish expires in an overnight shipment -- more then likely there was an error made while packing the goldfish on my end." I cannot guarantee that my goldfish will arrive to you alive if it is left out in the wilderness for extended periods of time -- nor can I guarantee the survival of my fish in conditions beyond my control (i.e. your fish tank).
